Lolita fashion can be simple enough to wear to a tea party of extravagant enough for a ball.

...ok I think that's most of them
There is also Ita Lolita; this slang term refers to outfits that are 'painful' to look at. Lolitas pride themselves on quality, Itas are usually beginners. We all make mistakes, and if you don't have a few fashion disasters in your life you're playing it too safe XD
Avoid:
- Neko/Cat ears
- Cheap, bad quality lace in mass
- Dresses made of cheap/cheap looking material
- Off colour combinations
- Ill fitting, messy looks
Thanks to social media this fashion has become much more well known.
